In the event that goods were 'incorrectly ordered' or 'unwanted' we will accept returns subject to the guidelines below.

The Customer must contact Springwell to obtain authorisation prior to any return. Goods are returned at the Customers risk and expense. Products must be adequately packed. Returns must be received within 21 days of the date of delivery.

The unused unit including unblemished original packaging should include a cover note/address slip so we know who the package is from. Please ensure the contents are complete exactly as they were when despatched in order for the item to be immediately fit for re-sale. Failure to do so may result in a charge for us to replace any missing parts additional to the handling charge.

The handling charge for returns which meet the guidelines above is currently 10% of the order valve.

Springwell accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from the Customer to Springwell.


The Springwell Smartflush is extremely reliable and rarely develops a fault. In the unlikely event that your item has a suspected fault, please contact us from site to assist with a diagnosis. On most occasions the units simply require an amendment to the settings or a new battery change. This is the quickest and most efficient way to resolve any problems. If we can not provide a solution to the problem over the phone, we will repair, replace or refund the item. If after our inspection the unit is found to be faulty (and under warranty) we will also refund the carriage cost.
