- Quick and Easy Cistern Fill Time Setting - The length of time the solenoid valve stays open can be set automatically with no measuring or manual timing required

Costs are going up - especially water & at our Tabletop Wargaming / Historical Research building we've been looking for ways to save money.
We have a single urinal that's been flushing away every 20 minutes - whether there's anyone in the building or not.
So, a bit of research & we came across Springwell & their Smartflush Urinal Control 6V Battery Powered system. Being battery-powered, it saved a sparky's call out fee & as one of our members is a plumber, a cost saving there.
Before ordering, a few things were checked over the phone - Michael Dixey was really helpful, answering daft questions from a non-plumber.
Product ordered, with slightly delayed delivery to fit with my availability & product arrived as scheduled.
The only concern (which I shared with Michael) was the state of the outer box (courier damage) but the controller itself was fine.
The fitting & set up was straightforward - instructions would have been a little easier on a larger piece of paper & with pictures, but that's just me being picky! The video on their site (and YouTube) on installation & setup was really beneficial.
System works perfectly & is (I hope!!) saving us cash!!
Great company to deal with
That's a fantastic piece of feedback, thank you! Hopefully within the next few months you should see Smartflush paying for itself in savings.
We aim to offer the best customer service we can and for that to be recognised is really appreciated. Of course, if you ever have any further queries please feel free to be in touch.
Thank you!
Just a quick note to say how delighted we are with our recent purchase of a battery powered Smartflush. For reference it has been installed by competent DIYers with simple plumbing skills, and without professional help, just demonstrating how easy it is to fit. It has now been programmed thanks to excellent support from your helpful guy in tech support, and is working a treat. We really wouldn't hesitate to recommend, let's just hope it drops our water bill substantially...
It's really great to read messages like yours so thank you! We continue to offer that same support for the life of the product so if you ever need us again you can give us a call anytime.
Can this product be fitted direct from the mains rather than going through a tank.
Hi Alan, although Smartflush is designed to be used with a cistern it can indeed control water directly from the mains; ideally with no more than 2 urinals. You will of course require a category 5 air gap in your pipework. If you would like to go into more detail please feel free to give us a call on 01924 420029.
I can highly recommend this product, everything needed is supplied in the box and thanks to the installation instructions it was very easy to install and set up. I am looking forward to hearing the feedback from our customer regarding the savings on water usage. Thank you Springwell.
That's excellent! Thank you for your kind words!
Good
Thank you! We are pleased the Smartflush kit arrived quickly!
